Jurassic Park's resident game warden, Owen Grady, leads the mission to retrieve the stolen dinosaurs from Isla Nublar. Claire sends her assistant Zara and an ITN news crew to document the ordeal. Hoskins orders that no lethal force be used against any of the animals, relying entirely on thylacine-like "cynosaur" creatures as well as Velociraptors to subdue them. The team also uses several trained military dinosaurs (such as Brachiosaurus, Apatosaurus and Stegosaurus) to guard the fences surrounding the creature pens. Owen is able to shut down the power on the island. During the chaos, Zara is attacked by a "Carnotaurus" before she can escape, but she is saved by Owen. The team then regroups and manages to find most of the dinosaurs though they lose control of the "Indominus". Owen fights with it and it loses one claw, but manages to escape.
